"Greg did a super job with my and my partner's will and trust documents, and for a very reasonable flat fee to boot. He was very accessible for questions by phone and email, and even traveled to our residence for the final document signing. He was also happy to spend whatever time was necessary to make sure I understood everything. I highly recommend him!" - John Y.
The most transparent you will find.
The firm's policy is to negotiate a single fixed price for all legal services. This progressive "flat-fee" approach provides clients with predictability and peace of mind, while aligning the interests of client and attorney. The fee encompasses all legal services, including multiple consultations, drafting of documents, travel time, and administrative expenses.
A standard estate plan (including a will, health care proxy, power of attorney, and assistance with retirement plan beneficiary designations) is $1,400 for an individual and $1,900 for a married couple.
Each trust document (if needed) is an additional $1,000 for an individual and $1,500 for a married couple. Note, however, that in some situations, the fees will be higher than quoted due to the additional complexity of certain trust strategies (special needs provisions, generation-skipping trusts, federal estate tax concerns, etc).
Initial consultations are provided free of charge.
