Meet Our Team
Greg Racki
Managing Attorney
Greg has been practicing in the field of estate planning since 2006. His practice is dedicated exclusively to estate planning for individuals and their families and probate, from simple wills to complex tax minimization strategies using various trust instruments.
Greg was named a Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Top 20 "Go To Lawyer" in Trusts & Estates in 2022, listed in Super Lawyers in 2022, a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2021, and a "Five Star Professional" in Boston Magazine in 2015. Greg will also join the Boston University School of Law faculty in 2023, teaching courses in Trusts & Estates and Advanced Estate Plan Drafting.
Prior to starting his own firm in 2009, Greg practiced at WilmerHale in the Private Client Department. He graduated from BU School of Law, cum laude, in 2006, was an editor of the BU Law Review, a Negotiation Competition Finalist, and a G. Joseph Tauro Distinguished Scholar. He also holds a degree in Economics.
Greg is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, the Boston Estate Planning Council, and the Boston Trusts and Estates Consortium. He has also been involved with various other legal associations including the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Nicole O'Brien
Practice Manager
Nicole is the practice manager of RackiLaw and coordinates filings, meetings, document execution, and other aspects of the legal practice. She manages client outreach and aims to ensure all elements of the practice run smoothly.
She has extensive experience in business development, client relationship management, and implementing operational efficiencies for large and small organizations.
Nicole graduated with honors from Syracuse University (2008) with a dual major in International Relations and Anthropology. She recently obtained a graduate certification in Applied Business Analytics from Boston University (2022).

Fee Schedule
The most transparent you will find.
The firm's policy is to negotiate a single fixed price for all legal services. This progressive "flat-fee" approach provides clients with predictability and peace of mind, while aligning the interests of client and attorney. The fee encompasses all legal services, including multiple consultations, drafting of documents, travel time, and administrative expenses.
A standard estate plan (including a will, health care proxy, power of attorney, and assistance with retirement plan beneficiary designations) is $1,800 for an individual and $2,400 for a married couple.
Adding revocable "living" trusts to an estate plan is $1,000 for an individual and $1,400 for a married couple.
Adding more advanced trusts (rarely needed) range in price from $500 for a life insurance trust to $1,500 for lifetime gifting trusts.
Initial consultations are provided free of charge.
